The Pesce Network emphasizes reliable service, consistent standards, and a supportive environment for crew members and managers.Role Description The Crew Member role is a full-time, on-site position located in Stow, MA. Crew Members prepare and serve food and beverages, operate equipment such as ovens and coffee machines, and follow standardized recipes and safety procedures. Daily responsibilities include taking customer orders, handling cash and electronic payments, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and restocking supplies. Crew Members support opening and closing tasks, work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service goals, and follow company policies and food safety guidelines. This role requires a consistent focus on friendly customer interactions, accurate order fulfillment, and punctual attendance.Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, a helpful attitude, and the ability to handle busy periods calmly.Basic math and cash-handling abilities, with attention to accuracy when processing payments and making change.Reliability and time management skills, including punctuality, ability to follow schedules, and adherence to procedures.Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse coworkers and support shared goals.Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move supplies as needed, and follow food safety and cleanliness standards.Willingness to learn brand-specific recipes, procedures, and point-of-sale systems; prior food service or retail experience is a plus.Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
