With over 15 years of franchise and fast food experience, Burger&Sauce creates signature sauces and innovative burger concepts, pairing consistently fresh food with fast service and a clean, friendly environment.Role Description Crew Members at Burger&Sauce play a key role in delivering a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced, friendly environment. This full-time, on-site role is based in Birmingham and involves preparing fresh food to company standards, assembling burgers, and ensuring orders are accurate and delivered promptly. Crew Members greet guests, take orders, operate the till, and provide attentive service both at the counter and in the dining area. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and restaurant, following food safety and hygiene procedures, restocking supplies, and supporting colleagues during busy periods. Team members are expected to follow brand guidelines, uphold health and safety standards, and contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture.Qualifications Ability to provide friendly, professional customer service, including clear communication and a positive attitude.Basic food preparation and handling skills, with attention to hygiene, safety, and following standard recipes and procedures.Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, including time management, multitasking, and staying calm during peak hours.Teamwork and collaboration skills, with reliability and willingness to support colleagues and follow direction from supervisors.Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with accuracy in operating tills and checking orders.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Previous experience in hospitality, quick service restaurants, or retail is beneficial but not essential; training will be provided.Eligibility to work in the UK and commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful working environment.
