Crew Operator

TMS Dry Ltd. is currently looking to recruit a Crew Operator who will execute tasks related to the efficient manning of company’s vessels.RESPONSIBILITIESImplement and maintain the Company Policies and procedures in respect of Recruitment & ManningEnsure that the assigned Company Vessels are manned with certified and medically fit seafarers, in accordance with company standards and MLC 2006 requirementsMaintain accurate records of the seafarers’ qualifications, seagoing experience and performance evaluationsMonitor seafarers’ development and identify training needs in accordance with STCW, MLC, Company’s SMS National & International (e.g. ILO) Rules, Regulations and requirementsEnsure that the execution of payments, wages and other forms of compensation is made in accordance with company policyManage seafarers travelling arrangementsMonitor and manage seafarers’ certificates validityROLE REQUIREMENTSUniversity DegreeAt least 5-year experience in a similar positionIT literate, particularly with MS OfficeProficient in English, orally and in writingHigh sense of responsibility and attention to detailStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAll applications will be treated confidentially.
