Joining Doughzen offers the opportunity to be part of a creative, quality-focused food business.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in a café or F&B environment.Good knowledge of coffee, espresso-based beverages, and basic coffee brewing techniques.Able to operate, clean, and properly maintain commercial coffee machines and grinders.Willing to learn in donut topping, finishing, and product presentation according to SOP and standard recipes.Able to handle store operations, including food & beverage preparation, cashiering, cleaning, and maintaining store hygiene.Detail-oriented and able to consistently follow SOP, recipes, and product standards.Good communication and teamwork skills.Friendly, energetic, responsible, and customer-oriented.Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.Available to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
