Crewing Assistant (Remote)Company: Maritime UniversalWork Arrangement: RemoteMaritime Universal is looking for a Crewing Assistant to join our team on a remote basis. The role requires hands-on crewing experience, strong knowledge of maritime certification requirements, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced offshore environment.Mandatory Requirements:• Proven experience as a Crewing Assistant, ideally within high-volume crewing or offshore operations.•  Good understanding of STCW regulations, maritime certificates, and the differences between offshore and tanker fleets.•  Strong ability to process, verify, and validate maritime/offshore certificates accurately and in compliance with regulations.•  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.•  English level: Intermediate or higher (written and spoken)•  Confident user of Outlook,Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.•  Calm, well-organized, and responsible approach to daily tasks and deadlines.Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in maritime or offshore recruitment.• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.• Practical understanding of vessel types, ranks, and certification matrices.What We Offer:• Fully remote working model• Long-term cooperation with a growing international crewing and recruitment agency.• Exposure to offshore and marine projects worldwide.• Professional and structured working environment.📩 Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV with a brief introduction: vladlena@maritime-universal.com
