Our walk-in program provides rapid, accessible crisis intervention services for Ocean County adults experiencing mental health challenges that are impacting their day-to-day functioning. Services are recovery-oriented and time-limited, with a focus on helping individuals stabilize, identify next steps, and connect with longer-term behavioral health services and community supports. The program serves adults age 18 and older who can be safely supported in an outpatient setting and do not currently have other case management services in place.The position provides comprehensive, community-based behavioral health services through assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, counseling, education, and recovery support. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, this role helps consumers stabilize during periods of crisis, build skills, access community resources, and connect with ongoing care while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.Position Title: ClinicianPosition Type: Full Time; 40 Hours WeeklyBenefits Eligible: Yes

Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Treatment PlanningComplete comprehensive bio-psychosocial and ongoing clinical assessmentsDevelop and update Comprehensive Treatment Plans, WRAP Plans, and/or IMR plans in collaboration with consumersProvide direct services in accordance with individualized treatment and recovery plansMonitor clinical status, emotional well-being, behavioral changes, symptoms, and medication complianceEngage consumers in treatment planning, service delivery, and community-based activitiesMaintain timely, accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, consumer responses, and care coordinationMultidisciplinary CareParticipate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and contribute to coordinated consumer careCollaborate with treatment providers, FAST TRACK staff, consumer supports, and community partners as appropriateCrisis & Recovery ServicesProvide crisis intervention, de-escalation, supportive counseling, and follow-up as neededParticipate in assessment, treatment planning, and discharge processes related to crisis servicesProvide rotating 24-hour on-call coverage and communicate relevant contacts and outcomes to the treatment teamAssess substance use needs and connect consumers with co-occurring services when clinically indicatedLife Skills & Community SupportAssist consumers with accessing basic needs, including housing, benefits, transportation, and community resourcesProvide psychoeducation to consumers and families related to mental health, symptom management, crisis response, medication, and life skillsFacilitate WRAP, IMR, and psychoeducational groups based on consumer and program needsRequirementsMaster's Degree in a Human Services field requiredExperience with Crisis Intervention and outreach services preferredBenefitsFull Benefits12 Paid HolidaysSick DaysPersonal DaysAccrued VacationMedical/Dental/VisionCompany paid Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability403B Plan with Company MatchOpportunities for training/education/Continuing Education CreditsOpportunities for Public Loan ForgivenessOpportunities for tuition discounts at participating educational institutionsEmployee discounts through LifeMart and Tickets At Work
