Location: Head Office, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaGrade / Level: ConsultantExperience: 5 - 7 yearsRole Purpose:This is a project-based role where you will design, implement, and operationalize the Group Crisis Management capability across Sulaiman AlRajhi Holding and its subsidiaries.

The role owns the policy, framework, and procedures that enable the organization to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events that threaten people, operations, reputation, and assets and ensure readiness through structured training and exercising at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Framework & Policy: Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the Group Crisis Management policy, framework, plans, and supporting procedures.Response Structure: Operationalize the tiered response model (Bronze / Silver / Gold) mapped to the Group severity levels; maintain activation triggers, escalation paths, and decision rights.Training: Design, develop, and deliver crisis management training and awareness content for Board, executive, management, and frontline audiences.Exercising & Drills: Plan, coordinate, and conduct tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercises and drills; lead after-action reviews and track corrective actions to closure.Incident Response: Serve as secretariat to the Group Crisis Management Team during incidents — managing activation, situational awareness, logging, communications, and after-action reporting.Subsidiary Alignment: Support subsidiaries in embedding local crisis arrangements and aligning them to the Group framework.Reporting: Produce crisis readiness dashboards, KPIs, and periodic reports for executive management and the Board.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, MIS or a related discipline.5 - 7 years of demonstrable experience in resilience and crisis management, including hands-on authorship of policies, frameworks, and procedures.Proven track record of developing and delivering crisis management training for stakeholders at all levels.Experience designing, coordinating, and participating in exercises and drills of varying complexity.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Desirable (Not Mandatory):Working knowledge of Business Continuity Management (BCM) methodology.Familiarity with ISO 22361 (Crisis Management), ISO 22301 (BCM), and ISO 31000 (Risk Management).Professional certifications such as MBCI / CBCI, CBCP, or equivalent.Exposure to diversified holding / group environments or regulated industries.Core Competencies:Decisiveness and composure under pressureStakeholder management and executive communicationStructured, analytical thinking in ambiguous situationsFacilitation and training deliveryAttention to detail in documentation and reporting.
