Key Responsibilities
Assess and manage ICU patients, including those requiring ventilatory and hemodynamic support.Perform and supervise critical care procedures.Coordinate treatment with specialists and lead multidisciplinary ICU rounds.Respond to emergencies and communicate with patients’ families.Guide ICU staff and maintain accurate clinical records.Follow patient safety, infection control, and quality standards.
