The hospital values professionalism, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development for all staff.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Critical Care / ICU role based in Warsaw. The professional in this position will provide continuous monitoring and management of critically ill patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of treatment plans in accordance with critical care protocols. Daily responsibilities include performing and interpreting clinical examinations, ordering and reviewing diagnostic tests, adjusting therapies such as medications and ventilator settings, and responding promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status. The role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, clear communication with patients and families about care plans, and accurate documentation of all clinical activities. The individual will also participate in quality improvement initiatives, adhere to hospital policies and safety standards, and contribute to teaching or mentoring where appropriate.Qualifications Strong Critical Care Medicine and general Medicine skills, with demonstrated experience in ICU or high-acuity settings.Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.Customer Service orientation, with a focus on empathy, respect, and culturally sensitive patient care.Relevant medical degree and recognized license to practice; board certification or specialization in critical care is highly preferred.Experience with ICU equipment, ventilation management, and advanced life support; current ACLS/BLS certification or equivalent.Ability to make timely, sound clinical decisions under pressure and to follow evidence-based protocols.Proficiency in medical record documentation and familiarity with hospital information systems.Commitment to continuous learning, participation in clinical audits, and adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
