CRM/ Compliance Executive

Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical CRM/Compliance Executive to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and proper usage of our CRM system across the organization.The role will act as a bridge between the Marketing, Prequalification, and Sales teams, ensuring that leads are properly captured, assigned, followed up, updated, and progressed through the sales pipeline in line with company procedures.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar systems, along with a strong understanding of lead management, sales processes, reporting, and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and audit CRM records to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and proper data entry.Review leads and opportunities for duplicate, incomplete, outdated, or incorrectly entered information.Monitor lead assignment, response times, follow-up activity, and overdue actions.Ensure sales teams are following defined CRM processes, lead management procedures, and service timelines.Verify that lead statuses, call notes, follow-up records, opportunity stages, and closure reasons accurately reflect actual customer interactions.Review inactive, no-answer, and unattended leads and identify records requiring follow-up or reassignment.Coordinate with the Marketing and Prequalification teams to ensure all generated leads are properly captured and assigned in the CRM.Cross-check marketing campaign leads against CRM records to identify missing, duplicate, or incorrectly tagged leads.Monitor campaign source, lead attribution, opportunity stages, deal values, and other relevant CRM data for accuracy.Track lead movement from Marketing → Prequalification → Sales and identify gaps or delays in the process.Prepare regular CRM compliance and performance reports for Sales and Marketing management.Highlight recurring process gaps, data issues, delayed follow-ups, and non-compliance to the relevant department heads.Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Prequalification teams to resolve identified CRM issues.Maintain proper documentation of CRM procedures, workflows, and data management standards.Support CRM training and onboarding for new employees to ensure correct system usage.Assist in improving CRM workflows, automation, reporting, and lead management processes.Ensure customer and lead information is handled with appropriate confidentiality and in accordance with company policies.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in CRM operations, Sales Operations, CRM Compliance, Quality Control, or a similar role.Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or comparable CRM platforms.Strong understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, lead distribution, and follow-up processes.Strong Excel and reporting skills, including the ability to analyze CRM data and identify discrepancies.Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Prequalification teams.Ability to monitor compliance and address process gaps in a professional and constructive manner.Ability to work with large volumes of CRM data and maintain a high level of accuracy.Experience in UAE business setup, company formation, corporate services, or professional services will be an advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):CRM data accuracy and completeness.Lead assignment and response-time compliance.Follow-up compliance and reduction in overdue actions.Reduction in duplicate and incorrectly entered records.Accuracy of lead statuses, opportunity stages, and closure reasons.Accuracy of campaign and lead-source attribution.Timely identification and resolution of CRM/process gaps.Effective coordination between Marketing, Prequalification, and Sales.Timely and accurate CRM compliance reporting.Improvement in overall CRM process adherence and data quality.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, analytical, process-driven, and comfortable working across departments.
