We adhere to international standards and maintain clear and flawless project flows through stages of inception, requirements management, solution development, and quality assurance.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Egypt for a Senior CRM Developer. The Senior CRM Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. Day-to-day tasks include customizing CRM forms, workflows, and entities, integrating with other business applications, conducting data migration and maintenance, and providing technical support. The developer will also collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and define solutions that align with business needs.QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and customizationProficient in CRM forms, workflows, entities customization, and integration with other business applicationsStrong understanding of data migration, maintenance, and technical support processesExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with business analystsExperience in enterprise resource planning and business process managementBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus
