Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM DeveloperWe are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to develop and maintain the back-office solution for complaints and service requests management system.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomize and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dataverse.Build complaint, request, case, SLA, escalation, and notification workflows.Develop plugins, JavaScript, Power Automate flows, and custom components.Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal systems and external entities through APIs.Support deployments, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical documentation.Collaborate with Business Analysis, QA, and other technical teams.Requirements5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.Good understanding of CRM security, workflows, and case management.Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and Agile delivery.Previous experience in enterprise or government projects is preferred.
