CRM Developer (Creatio / .NET)

Responsibilities and Duties Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and technical specifications. Design and develop software solutions using best practices in software engineering, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards. Debug and troubleshoot software defects and issues, working closely with the quality assurance team to resolve them. Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement improvements to software development processes. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and growth. Perform other duties as requested by superiors. Qualifications Degree in information technology, computer science or related disciplines. 3–5 years of experience working with No-Code CRM platforms, particularly Creatio. Tech Stack: C#/.NET (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core) for server-side development on Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or other CRM platforms. Prefer experience in end-to-end CRM implementation (Sales, Marketing, and Service modules). Develop integrations and extensions on the Creatio platform. Maintain discipline in development environments and tooling (Environment/Tooling Discipline). TypeScript/JavaScript for Freedom UI development (pages, components, and business rules); Angular experience is a plus. Web APIs, REST/OData, and WCF/SOAP for integration with external systems. SQL, with experience working with PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server. Good English communication. Good teamwork spirit and a willingness to understand the various roles played by fellow team members.
