CRM Manager

Title - CRM Manager - D365 This is a senior product role focused on defining and delivering the CRM roadmap, improving how Relationship Managers manage client relationships, identify opportunities and drive commercial outcomes.The successful candidate will take ownership of CRM capabilities across areas such as Client 360, Group 360, Next Best Action, pipeline management and relationship management, from initial discovery and MVP development through to enterprise-scale deployment and adoption.We are particularly interested in candidates with:Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce Financial Services CloudDeep understanding of banking front-office processes, including coverage, pipeline management, client lifecycle and relationship managementExperience owning and delivering complex CRM product roadmapsStrong understanding of Relationship Manager workflows and client engagementProven experience delivering large-scale transformation with measurable business adoption and valueStrong stakeholder management across business, technology and control functionsExperience working with major CRM vendors and implementation partnersThis would suit someone who combines strong CRM product expertise with a genuine understanding of banking, Relationship Managers and commercial front-office processes.
