CRM Manager - DTC Brand

Our client is a well funded and growing Ecommerce Consumer Brand. They are founder lead and have received a lot of positive press in 2026.They are looking for a Head of CRM to report to the founders as they begin to scale the business for the next phase of growth. This individual will own all retention strategy and execution whilst building a team of specialists.You will be a CRM specialist with DTC brand and subscription experience.
