Through tailored mentorship and continuous learning opportunities, they will embark on a transformative journey that equips interns for future career success.About The JobThe CRM Optimization Intern will support the setup, testing, and improvement of CRM campaigns while working with different teams to ensure smooth execution.ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of the CRM campaigns, including bonus configuration, segmentation of target audiences, and implementation of customer lifecycle communications. Cooperate with internal teams, including CRM, VIP and Web Content, to ensure consistency. Propose improvements to the CRM campaigns to increase effectiveness across all channels. Test new bonuses, lifecycles, missions and tournaments to confirm that their configuration is up to standard.
