Position Title: CRM Supervisor - Automotive Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 11,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-established UAE automotive distribution group representing international passenger vehicle, motorcycle, off-road and mobility brands across the UAE and GCC headquartered in Dubai.

Job Description

• Supervise daily call center activities, ensuring efficient handling of inbound/outbound calls, customer inquiries, complaints, service appointments, and follow-ups.
• Monitor CRM activities, lead allocation, response times, customer records, and follow-up effectiveness to improve lead conversion and customer retention.
• Work closely with showroom sales, service advisors, and aftersales teams to ensure timely customer engagement, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate call center/CRM agents, monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and implement improvements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role within automotive dealership/distribution companies.
• Hands-on experience using Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS) or related/similar CRM tools
• Proven team leadership, customer complaint resolution, KPI monitoring, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across sales and aftersales departments
