CRM Team Lead

Alkhorayef Energy Systems (AES) is looking for a qualified CRM Team Lead to join our team in Riyadh.Key Responsibilities:Manage CRM operations, data quality, lead and account approvals, reporting, and user support.Lead CRM system enhancements, workflow automation, testing, and continuous improvement.Monitor customer-service channels, including the call center, chatbot, and WhatsApp.Oversee customer experience initiatives and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.Coordinate with internal departments to support business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in CRM operations or customer experience.Strong knowledge of CRM systems, reporting, and workflow automation.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.Work Location: Second Industrial City, Riyadh
