This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a premium hospitality environment and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences in a unique marine setting.About The RoleAs a Cruise Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality food and beverage service, welcoming guests, supporting passenger safety, maintaining vessel presentation and contributing to a smooth and enjoyable cruise experience. You will work closely with the Cruise Director, marine, kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure every guest receives warm, professional and attentive service from boarding through to departure.Key duties include:Greeting and assisting guests throughout serviceTaking and processing ordersServing food and beverages, encouraging upsell of add-on productsMaking and serving cocktailsSupporting cash handling processesKeeping service and dining areas cleanIf you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working on the water, and thrive in a collaborative team environment, we want to hear from you! This role will help oversee the guest experience, bar and food service, stock standards, safety compliance, and crew presentation. It's ideal for someone ready to take their next step in hospitality management, providing calm, positive leadership during each charter.RequirementsValid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency CardFood Safe Handling certification (or willing to complete a free, online course)Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service or a similar customer-facing roleStrong cash handling, stock rotation and service area presentation skillsAbility to work irregular hours, extended shifts and in a marine environmentConfidence working on your feet, in confined spaces and around wet or slippery surfacesSuccessful candidates will be able to demonstrate high service standards, along with how reliable and proactive they are. They'll be hospitality professionals who enjoy engaging with guests and working as part of a close-knit team. They'll communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and take pride in delivering a premium service.
