Crypto Business Development Manager

The RoleWe're looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead crypto-focused partnership and client growth initiatives across targeted MENA markets. This role will play a key part in expanding the client's digital assets business, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue and trading volume growth in a fast-evolving industry.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive revenue, trading volume, and active client growth for crypto products across targeted MENA countriesExecute growth strategy via Introducing Brokers (IBs), strategic partners, and regional business development initiativesIdentify and onboard new partnerships to expand presence in emerging crypto and digital asset marketsBuild and manage strong relationships with partners, leveraging existing networks to accelerate growthStay ahead of regulatory developments and market trends in the crypto/digital assets space across the regionCollaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver a seamless partner and client experienceIdentify process improvements to increase efficiency and commercial performanceRequirements3–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles within crypto, fintech, or trading (FX/CFD experience also considered)Strong understanding of the crypto/digital assets landscape, trends, and regulatory environment in MENAProven track record of building and managing high-value partner relationshipsExisting network of contacts within the crypto/trading ecosystem is a strong advantageExcellent communication and negotiation skills; Arabic language skills a plusEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWhat's on OfferSalary up to AED 25,000 per month + performance-based incentivesInternational career growth opportunities within a global organizationA dynamic, entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation in the crypto/fintech spaceInterested or know someone who might be a good fit?
