This creates an exciting environment where technology, customer experience and continuous innovation come together.You will join an ambitious and international organization where people are encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas and make a tangible impact on both the team and the wider business.BenefitsBase salary between €54,000 and €66,000 per year.Join a fast-growing, ambitious and internationally oriented technology company.8% pension allowance paid monthly, giving you the freedom to invest it at your own discretion.Unlimited holiday policy.Travel allowance.All necessary technology and business tools to perform successfully in your role.Daily varied and healthy lunch options at the office.Regular social events and team-building activities.Personal training and development opportunities.Employee referral program.Modern headquarters located in Amsterdam.An international and diverse team with colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds.Required SkillsBachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business or Management, or equivalent professional experience.Proven experience in a leadership role within Customer Support, Customer Service or a related environment.Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a team.A customer-centric mindset and a strong commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs, business priorities and market developments.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Customer Support Specialists.Coach, mentor and continuously develop individual team members.Build and maintain a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.Oversee the effective resolution of customer inquiries, challenges and technical or operational issues.Support the team in delivering timely and high-quality solutions to customers.Take ownership of escalated customer cases and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.Identify development needs within the team and organize relevant training and coaching.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide clear and constructive feedback.Work closely with other teams to identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and workflows.Implement and optimize procedures that improve issue resolution and the overall customer experience.Establish and monitor quality standards to ensure consistently high levels of customer support.Review customer interactions and use insights to coach the team and improve service quality.Analyze customer support data, trends and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.Collect and analyze customer feedback and translate this into concrete actions.Collaborate with departments such as Product, Operations and Marketing to create a consistent and customer-centric experience.
