CS Trainee

Training at Dewan P N Chopra & Co. provides students with ample opportunities to learn and develop relevant skills for a successful career ahead as well as greater insights into practice, people and professional work culture Selected candidate will gain experience under Company Law, FEMA and other regulatory matters. These include exposure to Due-diligence, Advisory under Corporate Laws, Regulatory Compliances, etc. Requisite Skills & Attributes for Success The selected candidate shall pursue 21 months of Training. Candidates must also possess:- Good verbal and written communication skills - Basic understanding regarding Company law- High Degree of Self-Motivation and a desire to learn- Good Presentation Skills related to MS office and other commonly used technology Indicative Stipend Stipend shall be as per best in market standards and in compliance with ICSI norms. Mandatory Skills & Attributes 1. Cleared at least one module of CS Professional in first / Second attempt2. Have an excellent academic record (at least 80% in Class XII)3. Possess sound verbal and written communication skills.4.
