If you want to move beyond theory and gain core practical execution skills, this is the launchpad for you.Position: CS Management TraineeVacancies: 02Duration: 21 Months (Mandatory Articleship)Location: Strictly In-Office (Galaxy Blue Sapphire Plaza, Greater Noida West)What You Will Learn (360-Degree Exposure):Corporate Secretarial & MCA: End-to-end incorporations, annual filings, and practical hands-on execution on the MCA V3 portal.NCLT & FEMA: In-depth understanding of corporate restructuring and foreign exchange laws, including FDI and ODI compliances.Real Estate & RERA: Property title due diligence, direct authority liaisoning (Noida/Greater Noida/YEIDA), and UP RERA compliances.Advanced Legal Drafting: Structuring Builder Buyer Agreements, complex commercial contracts, and drafting legal notices.Who Can Apply:Candidates who have successfully cleared the CS Executive program (Any Group).
