CSP Operation & Growth Consultant

Job ResponsibilitiesConduct operator business diagnosis, subscriber structure analysis, channel optimization, tariff iteration and competitor benchmarking, and deliver effective solutions for ARPU growth, user activation, traffic monetization and overall revenue increment.Cooperate with network planning, optimization, construction and O&M teams, converting network advantages into commercial growth points.Deliver executive-level presentation, business review and professional empowerment for operator marketing management, upgrading market operation, channel and user management system.Monitor key operational data, continuously optimize growth strategies and drive steady business improvement.Job RequirementsMust be fluent in both Chinese and English for client communication and cross-team collaboration.Working experience in telecom operator, mainstream telecom vendor or IT consulting industry.Solid understanding of telecom network process and operator commercial growth system.Strong logical thinking and project execution ability;APAC telecom experience is preferred.
