CSR Officer – Sustainability & Certification

Key Responsibilities:1.   Hangtag Approval· Coordinate and manage the sustainable hangtag approval process for certified orders, ensuring that product, material and certification information meets applicable standard requirements.· Review and verify material certification and order information against applicable sustainability standard requirements as part of the approval process· Coordinate with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate approvals. 2.   Transaction Certificate Management· Coordinate and follow up on Transaction Certificate (TC) applications for certified orders.· Monitor the status of pending TCs and follow up with suppliers and relevant stakeholders.· Coordinate with certification bodies, suppliers, factories and internal teams regarding certification, documentation and traceability requirements.· Maintain accurate records of issued TCs and related documentation.3.   Traceability· Support the implementation and ongoing management of traceability activities through the TextileGenesis platform.· Process and monitor certified and sustainable orders in line with applicable standards and programs, including GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, Responsible Animal Fiber (RAF), Lenzing and Good Cashmere. 4.   Supplier & Production Facility Onboarding (POF)· Support the onboarding of new suppliers and factories, including document collection, verification and record keeping.· Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and complete onboarding. 5.   CSR Data, Documentation & General Support· Maintain accurate CSR records, trackers, vendor lists, onboarding and certification-related documentation across relevant systems.· Support the CSR team with additional operational and administrative CSR activities based on business needs. Qualifications & Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Textile Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sustainability Management, or a related field, with 3–4 years of relevant experience in CSR, sustainability, compliance, textile sourcing, or supply chain operations.· Good understanding of sustainability standards and certification requirements within the textile and apparel industry, with working knowledge of GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS, and Responsible Animal Fiber (RAF).· Experience with TextileGenesis or similar textile traceability platforms is an advantage.· Ability to review certification documents, supplier information, material details, and order data for completeness, validity, accuracy, and consistency with applicable sustainability requirements. Strong attention to detail is essential.· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes, follow-ups, and priorities simultaneously. Proactive and reliable, with the ability to work independently within defined processes.· Good communication skills and confidence in coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence in working with digital platforms and data management systems.· Willingness to learn and develop within the sustainability, certification, and responsible sourcing field.
