The academy is committed to providing structured guidance and high-quality education to learners preparing for competitive examinations and academic success.Role Description The CSS Mentor will provide structured guidance to CSS aspirants through on-site classroom teaching, individual mentoring, and exam-focused coaching in the Sargodha District campus. This full-time role involves planning and delivering lectures, designing study plans, assigning and reviewing written work, and conducting mock exams and interview preparation sessions. The mentor will support learners in understanding CSS exam patterns, developing analytical and writing skills, and staying current with national and international affairs relevant to the syllabus. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, offering regular feedback, maintaining academic records, and collaborating with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum and teaching methodologies. The role also requires engaging with students and families in a professional manner, helping learners maintain motivation and discipline throughout their preparation journey.Qualifications Strong knowledge of CSS exam structure, syllabus, and scoring trends, with demonstrated experience in competitive exam preparation or mentoring.Excellent command of written and spoken English, along with strong essay writing, comprehension, and analytical skills.Ability to design lesson plans, study schedules, and practice materials tailored to diverse learner needs.Proven classroom management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and encourage critical thinking.Comfort with current affairs, Pakistan studies, and optional subjects relevant to CSS, and willingness to stay updated through continuous learning.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (such as Political Science, International Relations, English, Law, Public Administration, or Social Sciences).Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or academic counseling at an academy or educational institution is highly desirable.Strong interpersonal skills, professional work ethic, and the ability to mentor learners from diverse backgrounds in a non-discriminatory and respectful manner.Availability for
