The selected candidate will perform high-quality computerized tomography (CT) imaging procedures while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced imaging department.This position requires flexibility to float between the Elmer and Bridgeton locations and experience working in a high-volume environment utilizing Epic EMR.Department HighlightsApproximately 125 CT scans performed daily2 CT ScannersCT Tech Aides available 24/7DNV Certified Stroke CenterACR Accredited Imaging DepartmentCollaborative and supportive imaging teamKey ResponsibilitiesPerform CT imaging procedures as ordered by licensed physicians.Produce high-quality diagnostic images following established protocols.Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during examinations.Accurately document imaging procedures using Epic EMR.Verify physician orders and patient history prior to imaging.Follow radiation safety and infection prevention guidelines.Communicate effectively with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.Maintain imaging equipment and ensure quality control standards are met.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years of CT Technologist experienceEpic EMR experience requiredCurrent ARRT CertificationCT CertificationActive New Jersey DEP LicenseCurrent BLS (AHA) CertificationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to float between Elmer and Bridgeton locationsPreferred QualificationsEmergency Department CT experienceExperience in a high-volume acute care imaging departmentAssignment Details13-Week ContractDay Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PMEvery Thursday & Friday plus Every Other WeekendGuaranteed 30 Hours/WeekMaximum 3 RTO daysScrub Color: BlackFloating required between Elmer and Bridgeton facilitiesOrientation RequirementsCompletion of all orientation activities is mandatory.Virtual New Employee Orientation and HealthStream modules must be completed on the assigned schedule.In-person classes are required during orientation week.Badge appointment must be completed before working independently.Failure to complete orientation requirements will result in immediate termination.#AlliedTech1Why TalentBurst?At TalentBurst, we deliver more than talent, we deliver outcomes.
