CTO & Co-Founder — EXPR

About EXPREXPR is an all-in-one social platform for real-life experiences. People use it to discover, create and attend events, run clubs and community gatherings, all in one place, with ticketing, QR check-in, verified attendance profiles, social discovery and messaging.This isn't an idea on a napkin. EXPR, Inc. is a USA-based, fully incorporated company (Delaware C-corp), we're fully set up to accept payments from anywhere in the world, and our MVP is built. Now we need a technical co-founder to take it the rest of the way.The RoleAs CTO and co-founder, you will own everything technical at EXPR. You will be responsible for:

• Taking full ownership of the existing MVP and building the product from here on your own
• Designing and adding strong security layers across the app, backend and data
• Making the architecture, infrastructure and tooling decisions
• Shipping, maintaining and scaling the iOS, Android and web platforms
• Setting the technical direction and roadmap together with the founderThis is a hands-on role. At this stage there is no engineering team behind you, so you'll be building end to end without outside help.Who We're Looking ForWe don't care about degrees or formal qualifications. We care about what you've built and how you work. You should have:
• Excellent, proven experience building and shipping real products
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
• A real sense of ownership, so you treat the product as your own
• High availability and responsiveness. When something critical comes up, we need you reachable and ready to act
• Comfort working fully remote but need to available 24/7 if needed across time zonesWhat We Offer
