🚀 We're Hiring: CTO Co-Founder – Energy & Mobility Platform 🚀Dubai, UAE | Early-Stage | Equity-based - No salary in first year!We are building an integrated energy ecosystem connecting chargers, vehicles, solar systems, and battery storage into a unified platform, enabling bidirectional energy flow and real-time optimization.This platform will also serve as a foundational layer for a broader e-mobility venture, extending into fleet and charging infrastructure solutions.The RoleAs CTO & Co-Founder, you will own the technical vision and execution of a full-stack platform bridging home energy systems, hardware, and software. You will build the engineering culture from zero and architect systems that orchestrate home consumption, storage, and mobility in real-time.What You Will Build🔹 Unified control layer integrating wallboxes/chargers, EVs, solar inverters, and battery storage🔹 Real-time energy orchestration across consumption, storage, and grid interaction🔹 Interoperable systems leveraging OCPP, OCPI, and V2G standards🔹 Data infrastructure for telemetry, control, and AI-driven optimization🔹 Scalable backend supporting both residential and future fleet infrastructureMUST-HAVE✅ Proven track record building and scaling production-grade software systems (full-stack)✅ Hands-on ability to architect and ship end-to-end technical solutions✅ Founder mentality: high ownership, rapid execution, zero-to-one experience✅ Based be based already in Dubai, UAE ✅ No visa support for Founder-role at this stagePreferred⭐ Energy systems, HEMS (Home Energy Management), automotive, mobility or renewable infrastructure experience⭐ Familiarity with EV charging protocols (OCPP, OCPI, V2G)⭐ Hardware-software integration in real-world environments⭐ Previous startup founding or early-stage technical leadership (big plus!)What You Get🎯 Meaningful co-founder equity (significant ownership stake) - no salary (none of us, not only you ;) )🎯 Full autonomy over technical vision and engineering roadmap🎯 Founding-level influence across product, fundraising, and strategy🎯 Opportunity to build a foundational platform in the energy /mobility transitionIMPORTANTThis is an equity-based co-founder role.
