Nearly everyone has received, or will receive, a message, call or digital interaction that appears completely legitimate, while leaving one fundamental question unanswered:How do I know who I’m really communicating with?CyCall is being built to solve exactly that problem.We are creating a Digital Trust & Verification layer that enables people to verify the identity of the organization and the representative acting on its behalf throughout the entire interaction: from the initial contact, through the conversation and engagement, all the way to the action or transaction itself.Our goal is not only to detect fraud after it happens, but to create a verified and trusted communication flow by design, a new trust layer between organizations and their customers.CyCall is currently at the pre-seed, pre-funding stage, with an initial product, an existing development team, and an experienced founding group spanning cybersecurity, technology and business.The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on CTO to become the technical and security owner of CyCall and shape the foundations of the company from the ground up.This is a deeply technical builder role, but not a behind-the-scenes architecture position.You will define the system and security architecture, make the critical technical decisions, work directly with the existing development team, and personally engage in the complex parts of the product where your judgment matters most.At the same time, you will be a key customer-facing technical leader, someone who can walk into a room with senior fraud, security and technology teams, understand their concerns, challenge assumptions, explain the architecture clearly, and build confidence in both the solution and the technical direction.This role is about owning both the technical substance and the technical conversation around it.What You’ll OwnOwn the end-to-end system and security architecture of the product.Design the core authentication, verification and cryptographic mechanisms, including identity, attestation and key-management approaches.Lead threat modeling and adversarial thinking, designing the system with sophisticated attackers in mind.Make the critical architectural and implementation decisions required to move from an early product to a production-grade platform.Lead the existing development team while remaining hands-on in the most critical technical areas.Act as the technical authority in discussions with customers, design partners and external technical stakeholders.Work directly with fraud, security and technology teams at prospective customers to understand their environment, articulate the solution and address technical objections.Translate customer and design-partner feedback into architectural and product decisions.Build Security, Privacy and Enterprise Readiness into the product from day one.Make the technical decisions around Mobile, Messaging and Telecom constraints that shape what can be built.Own the technical roadmap and help shape the company’s technical narrative with customers, partners and investors.What We’re Looking ForDeep, practical experience in Applied Security / Cybersecurity.Strong understanding of areas such as Cryptography, Authentication Systems, Secure Protocol Design and Threat Modeling.Proven experience architecting and building secure Backend or Distributed Systems.A true builder mindset, someone who is still comfortable going deep, writing code and implementing critical parts of the system when needed.Strong architectural judgment and the ability to make consequential technical decisions without an established playbook.Ability to lead a small, high-quality development team with speed, clarity and minimal bureaucracy.High comfort with early-stage ambiguity, rapid iteration and significant ownership.A Critical Part of the Profile: Customer-Facing Technical LeadershipWe are specifically looking for someone who can combine deep
