VIDASANA WELLNESS IS SEEKING A HIGH-PERFORMING CTO / TECHNICAL LEADVidaSana Wellness is a 2-sided marketplace and an established, corporate-structured company in our pre-money and seed fundraising stage. After two years of foundational work, our corporate structure, product vision, assets, and MVP are in place. Thanks! WHAT WE NEEDHands-On Technical LeadershipOwn the technical roadmap, architecture, codebase, MVP completion, launch, and management of our lean development team. We need someone now who wants to take the full ride with us- from this unsexy part all the way to scale and beyond- we do not need someone who wants to just advise or feels their skill set is too advanced for this stage- those skills will be required at a later stage that we are not yet at. Technical ProficiencyExperience with our current stack and marketplace technology, including React / Next.js, Supabase, APIs, Expo, React Native, mobile app development, booking/payment infrastructure, and bringing marketplace applications to market. Willingness to jump in and push anything that needs to be done.Founder-Level GritWe move quickly, pivot based on real-time MVP testing, and operate with high standards. We need someone who will jump in the trenches when necessary—resilient, resourceful, ambitious, and excited by the challenge of taking an almost-finished product across the finish line and scaling it.Capital + NetworkVidaSana is actively raising our seed round. The ideal partner will personally participate in funding the project and/or bring a strong, active network of potential investors to help accelerate and close this and future rounds.Milestone-Based EquityCompensation is equity-based and contingent on fundraising, with equity tied to defined technical, launch, product, and fundraising milestones, creating real alignment between contribution and ownership.
