Cubiscan Operator

SUMMARYThe Cubiscan Operator is responsible for operating the Cubiscan 325 to accurately capture product dimensions, weights, and images for spare parts. The position ensures that material master data is updated in SAP through the DAPROH interface and that QR code labels are generated and applied for all newly created materials and backlog materials in the warehouse. The role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality material master data supporting warehouse operations, procurement, logistics, sales, and digital cataloguesJOB RESPONSIBILITIESAdhere to all company safety and compliance requirements.Operate the Cubiscan 325 according to company procedures.Scan the material QR code to automatically retrieve material information from SAP.Verify retrieved SAP information against the physical material.Generate and apply QR code labels for all new materials.Generate and apply QR code labels for backlog materials in the warehouse.Measure dimensions and weights.Capture up to four high-quality images for each material.Validate measurements, images and material information.Ensure successful upload to SAP, GMDS, OpenText and Azure File Share through DAPROH/CPI.Report interface failures and equipment issues.Maintain data quality and report discrepancies or interface failures.Support continuous improvement of the warehouse material master database.Daily ActivitiesReceive materials from the warehouse.Scan the QR code to automatically retrieve material information from SAP.Verify the retrieved information against the physical material.Generate and apply QR labels for new and backlog materials where required.Measure product dimensions and weight.Capture product photographs.Validate measurements, images and material information.Submit the completed record.Confirm successful synchronization with SAP.Return the processed materials to the designated warehouse location.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation/Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.Experience using SAP is an advantage.Experience operating Cubiscan or similar dimensioning equipment is preferred.Knowledge/skills:Attention to detail.Quality assurance.Communication skills.Problem solving.Teamwork.Knowledge of QR code and barcode processes.Equipment used: Cubiscan 325Industrial PCBarcode / QR Code ScannerDigital CameraSAPDAPROH InterfaceCPI IntegrationOpenTextAzure File ShareCompetency:Time management.Accuracy.Continuous improvement mindset.Ability to work independently.
