We have raised $2.5Mn and are backed by Peak XV.What you will doDefine teaching strategies for explanation, questioning, hints, correction, practice, and evaluating mastery.Design learning progressions, prerequisites, concept sequences, assessments across difficulty levels.Define different tutoring experiences for classes, revision, doubt-solving, practice, and exam preparation.Work closely with product and engineering to translate pedagogy into AI behaviour.Evaluate tutoring sessions and identify where Bloom’s tutor can improve.Build Companion Labs’ point of view on what great AI tutoring should look like.Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve the speed and quality of your work.Who we are looking for3+ years of experience in Maths education.Experience teaching Maths or designing curriculum, lessons, assessments, or learning progressions.Strong understanding of student misconceptions and conceptual learning.Ability to explain why a teaching approach works or does not work.Strong first-principles thinking and independent judgment.Comfortable working closely with product and engineering teams.Curious about AI and excited to rethink tutoring from first principles.
