Led by a team of educators, engineers, and computer scientists, Ozobot integrates innovative product design with emerging technologies to create engaging learning experiences for students and educators.We are seeking a thoughtful, creative, and educator-centered Curriculum & Professional Learning Specialist to join our Education team. This role combines curriculum development with ownership of Ozobot’s professional learning program, helping ensure educators have both high-quality instructional resources and the training and support needed to successfully implement Ozobot.In this role, you will develop engaging, standards-aligned curriculum and educational resources while also leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of professional learning for Ozobot customers. You will work directly with educators and district partners to understand their goals, plan meaningful learning experiences, and facilitate engaging virtual and in-person professional learning.The balance between curriculum development and professional learning will shift throughout the year based on business and customer needs. During periods of high professional learning demand, customer-facing professional learning will take priority; during periods of lower demand, the role will focus more heavily on curriculum development and other Education team priorities.RESPONSIBILITIESIn this role, your responsibilities will include:Curriculum & Education:

• Collaborate with Education team leaders and cross-functional partners, including Product, Marketing, Creative, and Sales, to develop educational content that supports Ozobot products and programs.
• Design engaging, standards-aligned instructional materials, lesson plans, assessments, activities, and projects that integrate Ozobot products into meaningful classroom learning experiences.
• Create a variety of educator and student resources, including presentations, worksheets, videos, digital resources, and supporting instructional materials.
• Ensure curriculum and educational materials align with relevant national, state, and district standards and priorities, including Common Core, ISTE, NGSS, CSTA, and other applicable standards.
• Support state- and district-specific curriculum alignment by researching standards and developing clear alignment documentation for educators and customers.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from educators, students, customers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve curriculum and educational resources.
• Collaborate with Product to ensure curriculum and educational materials effectively support new and existing Ozobot products, features, and classroom applications.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, research, best practices, and advancements in education, coding, robotics, and educational technology to inform curriculum development and educator support.Professional Learning:
• Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of Ozobot professional learning, including the systems and processes that support a high-quality customer experience.
• Lead customer planning meetings to understand goals, audiences, implementation needs, and priorities and plan professional learning experiences accordingly.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person professional learning experiences that build educator confidence in using Ozobot products, curriculum, and instructional resources.
• Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to coordinate professional learning engagements, gather feedback, and continuously improve Ozobot’s professional learning offerings.TRAVEL EXPECTATIONSThis role requires seasonal domestic travel based on professional learning schedules. Travel may be minimal or nonexistent during some months of the year, while peak professional learning seasons may require up to three separate trips per month. Trips are typically 1–3 nights.General Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or a related education field.
• Required: Experience directly facilitating learning experiences with K–12 students in a classroom, after-school program, or comparable educational setting.
• Required: Dynamic and engaging facilitator who can confidently lead adult learning experiences and clearly translate product functionality and instructional applications for educators.
• Experience developing high-quality curriculum, instructional materials, or learning experiences for K–12 students.
• Strong understanding of educational pedagogy, instructional design, and state and national academic standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with educators, customers, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shift between curriculum development and customer-facing professional learning.
• Familiarity with educational technology, coding, robotics, or other hands-on STEM learning experiences is a plus.Salary Range: $70,000–$75,000 + EOY Bonus
