Must Haves:Onsite WorkingBiliterate/Bilingual in Spanish (Not teaching Spanish 101)Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role based in Paramus, NJ. As a Curriculum Designer, you will be responsible for independently or partnering with faculty and developing instructional content and materials for in-person, hybrid and online courses. Your daily tasks will include collaborating with subject matter experts, conducting needs assessments, creating learning objectives, designing assessments and interactive activities, and evaluating the effectiveness of the learning experience. You will also provide guidance on best practices for integrating technology and digital learning tools into course design.QualificationsExperience in higher education-related Training & Development, Instructional Design, and Curriculum DevelopmentProficiency in Learning Management Systems and Digital Learning toolsDemonstrated ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiencesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. Master's degree is preferredExperience in higher education is a plusKnowledge of Quality Matters® and Online Learning Consortium Scorecard is desirable
