LanguageVeda is committed to creating learning experiences that help learners not just study a language, but truly live and belong in it.Role Description The Curriculum Developer will design, structure, and refine language-learning curricula across academic, spoken, and corporate programmes, ensuring alignment with learning outcomes and school board standards. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Greater Bengaluru Area and involves collaborating closely with subject matter experts, teachers, and product teams to create engaging lesson plans, assessments, activities, and learning resources for diverse age groups and proficiency levels. The Curriculum Developer will review and update existing content, integrate instructional best practices, and incorporate interactive and culturally relevant elements suitable for both online and offline formats. Daily responsibilities include conducting research on language pedagogy, mapping progression frameworks, creating teacher guides and learner materials, and using feedback and performance data to continuously improve the curriculum. The role also involves coordinating with design and technology teams to ensure content is user-friendly, accessible, and consistent with LanguageVeda’s pedagogical vision.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills, with experience creating structured learning paths and assessments.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to develop clear, engaging educational content and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Candidates should possess solid Research skills to inform curriculum decisions with current language-learning methodologies and learner data.Experience in language education, linguistics, or related fields, preferably with Indian languages, is beneficial.Familiarity with school board curricula and EdTech platforms, including digital content creation and learner analytics, is an advantage.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Linguistics, Language Teaching, Instructional Design, or a related discipline is preferred.Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, manage multiple projects, and adapt content for different age groups and proficiency levels.
