🚨 Curriculum Product Manager – Technical & Digital TrainingWe’re recruiting for an exciting Curriculum Product Manager opportunity with a growing training provider.This is a key role responsible for designing, developing and continuously improving curriculum across technical apprenticeships, Bootcamps and commercial programmes, with a particular focus on emerging areas such as AI, digital and green skills.You’ll be responsible for:• Developing innovative, high-quality curriculum and learning materials• Leading curriculum projects from analysis and design through to implementation and evaluation• Creating engaging resources including lesson plans, workbooks, practical labs and assessment materials• Quality assuring and continuously improving existing curriculum• Working closely with trainers, coaches, IQAs, sales and wider stakeholders• Supporting employer solutions, bids and bespoke curriculum developmentWe’re looking for someone with:✔ Proven experience in curriculum design and development✔ Experience within apprenticeships, Bootcamps or FE/training✔ A teaching qualification – essential✔ Experience of Ofsted and quality assurance environments✔ Strong understanding of digital/technical learning✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsIf you’re passionate about creating outstanding learning experiences and want to play a key role in shaping the future of technical education, we’d love to hear from you.
