Apply & track with Apply EdgeAbout the CompanyTo provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young learners and facilitate their holistic development through age-appropriate, play-based, experiential and child-centred learning practices.Educational QualificationsMaster’s Degree in Education / Educational Leadership / Curriculum & Instruction / relevant subject area from a recognised university.B.Ed. is mandatory.Additional qualifications in Educational Leadership, Curriculum Design, Assessment or Pedagogy will be an added advantage.Working knowledge of CBSE curriculum, competency-based education and NEP-aligned pedagogical practices.Professional Experience8–12 years of relevant experience in the K-12 education sector, preferably in a CBSE school.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an academic leadership, curriculum, pedagogy, HOD, Coordinator, Academic Head or equivalent role.Demonstrated experience in curriculum planning, curriculum mapping, classroom observations, teacher mentoring and academic monitoring.Experience in designing and conducting teacher training, capacity-building programmes and professional development workshops.Proven exposure to competency-based education, experiential learning, differentiated instruction and assessment design.Experience in analysing student achievement data and implementing academic improvement plans.Prior experience in CBSE academic processes, inspections, curriculum compliance and documentation will be preferred.Preferred ProfileStrong understanding of contemporary teaching-learning methodologies.Excellent academic communication, presentation and mentoring skills.Ability to work collaboratively with Principals, Vice Principals, HODs, Coordinators and teachers.Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to drive school-wide academic improvement initiatives.Experience in leading curriculum/pedagogy transformation or institutional academic improvement will be an advantage.
