Custody & Operations Officer

ObjectivesExecute daily custody, settlement, clearing, reconciliation, and operational activities across both the Saudi Capital Market and International Markets while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute daily custody, settlement, clearing, and reconciliation activities across both the Saudi Capital Market and International MarketsProcess securities settlements, cash movements, and custody instructions accurately and within market deadlinesPerform daily cash and securities reconciliations and investigate settlement exceptionsProcess corporate actions, dividends, stock splits, rights issues, and other entitlement events for Saudi and International securitiesMonitor failed trades and coordinate with brokers, custodians, counterparties, and internal teams for timely resolutionMaintain accurate operational records and prepare daily operational reportsSupport client asset protection, operational controls, and regulatory complianceCoordinate with Saudi Exchange, Muqassa, Edaa, custodian banks, global custodians, and other market participantsParticipate in UAT, process improvements, and operational projectsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldCME-1 qualification is preferred (or willingness to obtain)1-3 years of experience in custody, settlement, brokerage, or banking operations, with exposure to both the Saudi Capital Market and International Markets preferredKnowledge of CMA, Saudi Exchange, Muqassa, Edaa, and international market operations is preferredStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills in Arabic and English
