This role involves designing and developing tailored training content for financial professionals and institutions, aligning materials with client needs and learning objectives. The position includes coordinating training projects, managing timelines, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure high-quality instructional materials. Daily tasks include drafting and revising course materials, preparing presentations and participant guides, organizing training logistics, and supporting facilitators before and during delivery.
