📢 WE'RE HIRING – Customer Acquisition OfficerLocation: Osubi, Delta State (On-site)Skyshowng Global is recruiting a Customer Acquisition Officer to drive customer acquisition, strengthen our brand presence, and contribute to business growth.We're looking for a dedicated, results-driven individual who can build trust, communicate effectively, and consistently deliver measurable outcomes within a structured work environment.Key Responsibilities- Report directly to the COO and collaborate with the Customer Service team to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals.- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into active customers.- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.- Create engaging content that strengthens Skyshowng Global's online presence.- Educate prospective clients about the company's products and services.- Build and maintain relationships that increase customer retention and referrals.- Monitor market trends and competitors, providing recommendations for business growth.- Submit weekly marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations.Skills for SuccessWe're intentionally hiring individuals who demonstrate:- Customer Acquisition & Sales: Ability to attract, engage, and convert qualified prospects into active customers.- Communication & Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and represent the brand professionally.- Results Orientation & Accountability: A proven commitment to achieving targets, taking ownership, and delivering consistent performance.- Integrity & Adaptability: Professional, ethical, receptive to feedback, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Requirements- B.Sc. or equivalent qualification.- Background in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field.- Experience in marketing, sales, business development, or customer acquisition is an added advantage.- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.- Ability to work on-site in Osubi, Delta State.Work Schedule- Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.- Tuesday, Friday & Saturday: 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.Compensation & Benefits- ₦50,000 Net Monthly Salary- ₦10,000 Weekly Logistics Stipend- Performance Bonus: Earn 20% on every transaction successfully completed by an active client you personally acquire.- Performance-based salary reviews and promotion opportunities.- Recognition and reward system.How to ApplySend CV to hr@skyshow.ngApplication Deadline: 30th August, 2026
