Customer Care & Operations ExecutiveSwedish ME Steel, UAESwedish ME Steel is looking for a motivated and highly organized Customer Care & Operations Executive to join our team in the UAE.This is a hands-on role combining customer service, sales support, order management, logistics coordination, and daily operational activities. You will be an important link between our customers, sales team, suppliers, warehouse, logistics partners, and management.We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced commercial environment, takes ownership of tasks, and understands that excellent customer service depends on both good communication and strong execution.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries, orders, quotations, order confirmations, and follow-ups.Coordinate customer orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing.Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, availability, delivery schedules, and documentation.Support the sales team with quotations, customer information, order processing, and commercial follow-up.Coordinate with warehouses, transport companies, freight forwarders, suppliers, and other service providers.Arrange and follow up on local and international shipments, including import and export documentation.Prepare and review delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, certificates, and other commercial documents.Monitor stock availability and incoming material together with the sales and warehouse teams.Follow up outstanding deliveries and proactively communicate delays or issues to customers.Assist with purchasing and supplier coordination when required.Maintain accurate customer, order, pricing, and shipment information in company systems.Coordinate invoicing and support follow-up of customer payments and outstanding receivables.Support management with operational reports, sales information, and administrative tasks.Continuously look for ways to improve customer service and internal processes.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.Previous experience in customer service, sales coordination, order management, logistics, trading, or operations.Experience from the welding electrodes, steel, engineering, manufacturing, or trading sector is an advantage.Good understanding of UAE logistics, deliveries, import/export processes, and commercial documentation is preferred.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.Experience with CRM, accounting, or order management systems is an advantage.Excellent written and spoken English.What We Are Looking ForThe right candidate is:Customer-focused and service-minded.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Comfortable managing several orders and priorities simultaneously.Proactive and able to identify and solve problems before they escalate.Commercially minded and understands the importance of customer retention.Reliable and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.Confident communicating with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and colleagues.Able to work independently while being a strong team player.Comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial organization where responsibilities can extend beyond a narrowly defined job description.About Swedish ME Steel UAESwedish ME Steel UAE, with Office and Warehouse in Sharjah supplies high-quality UTP & Bohler Welding electrodes, Toolox, special steels and related solutions to customers across the Middle East and India.
