What you do will be visible, and it will matter.THE ROLE IN ONE LINEYou are the person our customers meet first — on the phone, on WhatsApp, on Facebook and Instagram — and you stay with them until the furniture is in their home.WHAT YOU WILL DO• Answer every enquiry that reaches us — phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram — during business hours, quickly and courteously• Log every enquiry in our in-house software so nothing is lost and nothing is forgotten (we will train you; it takes an afternoon)• Understand what the customer actually wants — size, fabric, leg finish, delivery timing — and guide them to the right product• Prepare quotations and invoices in the system• Confirm orders, collect the advance, and keep the customer informed at every stage until delivery• Follow up with customers who enquired but have not yet decided• Welcome and assist visitors at our Gulshan officeWhat you will NOT do: cold calling, field sales, or door-to-door work. Our customers come to us.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR• 1–3 years in retail or showroom sales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role. Experience with furniture, interiors, lifestyle or premium retail is a strong advantage.• Clear, polite communication in Bangla; working English for written messages• Comfortable with a smartphone and a computer — you will work in a web app all day• Organised: you write things down, you follow up, you do not let a message sit unanswered• Patient with people who take three weeks to decide on a sofa. Many of ours do.Minimum education: HSC. A bachelor's degree is welcome but not required — we care more about how you handle a customer than about your certificate.WHAT WE OFFER• Monthly salary BDT 20,000 – 28,000, based on experience• Sales incentive on top of salary• Working hours 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM• Proper appointment letter from day one• Salary paid on a fixed date every month, without exception• Salary review after six months• A defined role with its own software and its own screen — you will know exactly what your job is from your first dayLOCATIONLuxerior, 74 Wali Center, Gulshan Avenue, Dhaka.
