Welcome to Province of Canada. Enjoy your stay.Customer Care RoleWe are looking for an energetic, passionate, curious, customer-obsessed to join our growing team. As part of the Customer Care team, you will be a point of contact between our customers and the brand, overseeing day-to-day online customer service and helping create a thoughtful, consistent customer experience. You will manage customer inquiries, exchanges, returns, order adjustments and feedback while representing the brand with professionalism and care. You will also identify opportunities to improve our customer service, website experience, and overall customer journey. Customer service is a core component to the success of our business, and this role allows for the opportunity to take ownership and help shape how we engage with our customers as the company grows.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relations & Online Support:Manage the Province of Canada customer service inbox and respond to inquiries however they come in (ie. email, Chatra, phone, etc). Manage exchanges, returns, and customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment. Build positive relationships with customers and represent the brand's voice and values at all times. Identify opportunities to improve the online and in-store shopping experience.Product & Website:Maintain strong product knowledge, including materials, fit, sizing, and product details. Monitor and communicate any product feedback. Assist with keeping customer-facing website content, product information, collections, and merchandising accurate and up to date (if needed).General Support:Assist with quality control, inventory checks, production support, and other operational needs (when needed). Support the Office Team and help maintain an organized studio environment. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that improve the customer experience, product offering, and internal processes.Qualifications & Experience:Ideally 1–2 years of online customer service, e-commerce, retail, or related experience is an asset. Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative. Genuine interest in product, brand, and customer experience.
