métier - Strategic HR Solutions is hiring a 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 Executive professional for one of our leading clients in the UAE.We are looking for a customer-focused professional with experience in health insurance or healthcare customer service to support members with their enquiries, complaints, and service requests.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:Handle member calls and enquiries regarding eligibility, benefits, approvals, claims, and provider networks.Provide accurate information while maintaining confidentiality of member and medical data.Register, track, and follow up on complaints and service requests within prescribed timelines.Coordinate with Claims, Medical, Provider Network, and Insurance teams to resolve member issues.Maintain accurate call records and meet defined SLA, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.Explain insurance benefits, coverage, and procedures accurately and professionally.Communicate with members fairly and professionally in accordance with UAE health insurance requirements.𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Healthcare, Insurance, Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in customer service, preferably within health insurance, hospital, or healthcare call-centre operations.Experience handling member enquiries related to eligibility, approvals, claims, provider networks, and complaints.Strong understanding of insurance benefits and policy procedures.Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic – both mandatory.Good computer skills and experience with CRM/call-centre systems.Experience in a multilingual or 24×7 customer-care environment is an advantage.Training or knowledge of medical insurance operations is preferred.
