Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Coordinate with Project, Sales, Production, and Site teams for customer requirements
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project/work status
- Maintain proper records of customer communications and follow-ups
- Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in the Aluminium, Glass & Façade Industry in the UAE is preferred
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Good knowledge of MS Office
