As a Customer Care Intern, you'll support the onboarding and service experience of healthcare providers working with Jackson and Coker. You'll work closely with the Customer Care team to ensure provider information is accurate and onboarding requirements are completed.This internship offers exposure to healthcare staffing operations, customer service, compliance processes, and business operations. You'll gain hands-on experience working with internal systems while developing professional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
What You’ll Do
