About the RoleThe Lending Hub is seeking a Customer Care Officer to deliver exceptional customer support and ensure a seamless experience for borrowers and investors across our P2P debt crowdfunding platform. The role focuses on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries and requests through phone, email, and digital channels.Support borrowers and investors throughout their onboarding, financing, and investment journeys.Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Assist customers with account registration, financing applications, repayments, and investment transactions.Escalate complex complaints and technical issues to the relevant departments.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.Ensure compliance with internal customer service procedures and applicable SAMA customer protection requirements.Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to resolve customer concerns.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer care, or customer support, preferably within fintech or financial services.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.Familiarity with CRM systems and digital financial platforms is an advantage.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Join The Lending Hub and be part of a team that's redefining the future of finance, empowering people, and creating meaningful opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
