Location: North Dublin Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 DOE Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Full-Time, PermanentWe are seeking an experienced Customer Delivery Manager to lead our Customer Delivery operation and ensure an exceptional customer experience from order through to delivery.This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery operation, leading a team, working with delivery partners and stores, and driving service performance and customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop a high-performing Customer Delivery team.Create a positive and engaging culture focused on accountability and customer service.Set clear objectives and support employees through coaching and development.Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members. Manage the day-to-day operation of the Customer Delivery department.Oversee delivery planning, scheduling and route optimisation.Work closely with delivery partners to maximise efficiency and service levels.Ensure all delivery activities comply with company procedures and quality standards. Act as a senior escalation point for customer delivery issues.Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.Drive initiatives that improve overall customer satisfaction.Ensure the customer remains at the centre of all decision-making.RequirementsPrevious experience in a delivery, logistics, operations or customer service management roleStrong people management and leadership skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to manage performance and deliver resultsCustomer-focused approachFull clean driving licence essentialIf you're a proactive leader with strong operational and customer service experience, we'd love to hear from you.
