Customer Experience Advisor - Part time

Department: Customer Experience Employment Type: Part - Time Location: Onsite - Sandyford, Dublin 18 Compensation: €29,000 Base (pro- rata) plus up to €5,000 (pro - rata) bonus structure.Key ResponsibilitiesManage 50-70 incoming telephone calls per day.Identify and assess customers’ needs to resolve their issues.Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers and internal departments by using the right methods/tools.Meet personal/customer experience team SLA targets.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Go the extra mile to engage customers.Experience resolving Customer requests on the first contact.This role will require candidates to be available to work evenings and weekends, including bank holidays.
